I spoke with IRene she really helped me and was patient, while I tried to get the loan documents, she also went beyond to ask me if I a had any questions about my loan. My overall experience with moneykey has been awesome. Wonderful customer service. Thank you for not making me feel like less of a human for needing to take out small loans. I wish every business had your customer service

Interviewer talks way too fast and softly. She was hard to understand. You can tell she is reading from a script which is ok, she just needs to slow down.

Irene was wonderful however whoever started my alone on 12/24 and neglected to do one thing and now I'm going to be stuck in another state for an extra day possibly missing a day of work a day of pay possibly getting in trouble at work because the money did not hit my account the day it was supposed to
