Purchased two items to buy that were on their website (2) Blue Eyes White Dragon Funkos to complete my Kaiba w/ 3 Blue Eyes set as I already had 1.
Prior to this purchase I had spoken to the shop earlier about ordering other items and they said they'd look into finding a cheaper shipping cost, but within 1/2 an hour raised the price by $15 on each item.
When I saw this happen I figured I should just purchase the Blue Eyes as I had a feeling they would do the same thing to that pop and placed an order last night.
Lo and Behold, I got an email this morning that there were "inventory/stock" issues and they sent me a refund.
I'm all for supporting local smaller shops, but not shopping from them again!

Being new to collection and hearing about so many scams made we cautionsly aware of purchasing online. I had a couple of question answered in a very timely manner and was very happy with the transparency through the process. Would definitely purchase from Mom's Basement again.
The funko came when it was supposed to and in great condition. There were no dent or scratches. I will be ordering from them again soon!

I was very excited to find this site and get these hard to find pops! The only thing keeping my rating from 5 stars is that there was a small crease in one of the boxes. Otherwise, perfect! And I will likely be buying from Mom's Basement again!

I like the option to make an account to save your info, I don't mind getting the email notifications for pre ordering, in stock and new arrivals since all their items are exclusive, gives you the opportunity to grab your favourites quickly. The shipping costs aren't that bad considering I'm in Canada and the items are tracked the entire way. The items are wrapped carefully with bubble wrap and put it a box marked fragile. The items come unflawed with even small imperfections.
