Site was easy to navigate, with plenty of options and information available. No complaints, though a phone line for customer service and questions would be a nice feature to have in the future.

Love the rings! My only complaint is that I paid $25 for overnight shipping, ring shipped on Friday and I didn't get it until Monday even though UPS does deliver on Saturday. Had I known I wouldn't in fact get it same day I definitely wouldn't have spent the extra $25.

After I placed my order there was an issue with my ring. They had to remake it due to quality control issues. The ring was quickly remade and shipped overnight to me. I love my ring! I've gotten lots of compliments.
