Site is easy to understand, checkout has all the information you need to ensure your product is in order. Already spoke to a rep via email and he's been very straightforward, which I appreciate. Fingers crossed that everything keeps going well!...So I ended up receiving the ring well before I expected it. The packaging was really nice; the entire time I was taking it apart to check the ring I kept thinking "who is all this for?" A box in a box in a bag in a bigger box... that being said, it was very discreet.
The ring itself was stunning. Diamonds need to just give up, they don't hold a candle to Moissanite. Long story short, she loves the ring, and I couldn't be happier with the entire purchase experience.
The ring came out really nice and she loved it. She has had dozens of compliments on it. It did take a week longer than expected, but that is ok. It came in a very nice wrapped package too. I will be shopping here again.

Good service overall. The only thing that I feel would have improved the service is a calculator/ indicator that helps the shopper know what the import duty on the purchased goods will be in the end.
