Inability to return rings over size 8 is a real hassle - not customer friendly.

Delivery exceptionally slow - difficult to determine status of order due to cryptic classification of status on website.

We ordered a ring and liked the stone but not the setting. Returned the ring and ordered a different setting. Liked the 2nd setting but preferred the first stone. Couldn't find the security band for the 2nd ring, so couldn't exchange it. However, decided to keep it in spite of not liking it as much as the 1st stone.

Company makes it easy to purchase a beautiful diamond ring. Customer service response was amazing. The ring is absolutely stunning. My wife loved it. We cannot believe how brilliant the sones are. Awesome product with a more than awesome price point.
