Loved the experience. I was thrilled to find the setting that I got. The shine and luster of this ring is beautiful. I love that it is 14K yellow gold. The look and feel of real diamonds without the worry of loss or theft expensive diamonds or the cost. This is perfect!

Very easy shopping experience!

The band ring I purchased was at a sale price. It was quite a bit smaller than I thought it would be but it's really pretty nonetheless and I wear it daily with my wedding band and engagement ring.

Fed X fouled up the delivery but finally got it delivered.
Lovely ring and my wife loves it. The shape of the stone is a bit different (shallower from top to bottom) than I thought it would be.

I just recently purchased an engagement ring and she loved it! I emailed and they were very helpful in the process. It was such an easy process and the ring is beautiful that I'm purchasing two wedding bands. I can't wait to see them!

I would have liked to personally speak to a representative before making my purchase but did not have that option

The chatroom is very helpful. I wish their chatroom will be more open and faster.
I also wish that in future we will be able to order on what stones can be choosen. Right now I just can choose size of stone and metal type.

I also wish that you could get a better receipt in paper form.
