My husband and I absolutely adore our rings! We had customized our orders and the customer service was excellent. The online chat service was amazing. I was able to get answers for any questions I had in real time. The rings were of good quality and we have gotten so many compliments on them. We would definitely recommend this site to friends and family and will definitely purchase other jewelry from them again!
The site is easy to navigate, gives you all the details of the product and I love that the price is transparent. Meaning you know how much you paying and how much any extra stones are.

From a customer perspective, I would've been happier with a larger print disclaimer on whether or not the duties to bring into Canada were included with shipping. I was given a scammer scare when I was getting calls from unknown numbers to pay duties before my ring could cross the border. Luckily it all worked out after calling FedEx directly and paying over the phone.
Hint: for guys out there ring shopping, involve her in the process! There are millions of choices out there and it's way too easy to get the wrong ring (even if she's too polite to say so).
I wish there were better video or licture comparisons. I got the 1.5 and wish I would have gotten the 2.0 carat.
