I am a very environementally concious person and knew I didn't want a diamond. When I reasearched diamond alternatives I found mossainte. We wanted a custom made ring so we thought of ordering the moissanite stone first and getting a jeweler to create a ring with it. Upon meeting with the jeweler and explaining what we wanted, he told us that moissanites are too flashy and won't look elegant. I went home disappointed, but continued to do my research. I read tons of great reviews on moissaniteco and watched countless of youtube videos. I looked through the moissaniteco website and found exactly the ring I was looking for. We ordered the ring and within a couple of days it was delievered. I was so nervous opening it. However, after doing so and seeing the ring, both my bf and I were floored. It was even prettier than we had imagined and the jeweler was so wrong, it was stunning! Any questions we had, Chris responded right away. We are thrilled with our purchase with moissaniteco and highly reccomend this enviromentally friendly way to acquire beautiful jewelry!

Moissaniteco has a large selection of styles at great prices. I contacted customer service and Chris was able to answer all my questions fairly quickly and clearly. In the end, I got a customized ring with an Amora Gem center stone and loose diamond side stones. The ring is beautiful!

Amora Gems are in my opinion better than diamonds in many ways and cost way less. I was able to get a beautiful ring and pay for our whole engagement trip for the same amount of money that it would have cost for a similar diamond ring. My fiancee loves her ring and gets a lot of compliments. People are amazed how beautiful and sparkly the Amora Gem is. One of her co-workers even wants to get the exact same ring! People think I must have spent a small fortune on this, but i always tell them the truth. I want to free people from this ingrained notion that if you want a "forever" engagement ring, it has to be a diamond ring and you have to spend a lot of money. That's just what the diamond cartel wants you to think. And they are laughing all the way to the bank.

The only complaint I have is that the ring comes in a rather cheap looking box. I didn't want to present such a beautiful ring in such a plain ugly box. So i proposed without a box. I was able to go on Ebay and purchase a nice jewelry box for 40 dollars, but it could not be delivered in time for the proposal. It would have been nice if Moissaniteco just provided a better box, or gave an option to upgrade the box. In my opinion, it makes the ring look cheap to put it in a cheap box. People are paying thousands of dollars for the ring, what's another 40 dollars to present it in a nice box? I see no reason to cheap out on the box, and would have happily paid for a better box.

Overall, my experience with Moissaniteco was excellent and I will be purchasing our wedding bands from them.
