My emerald cut, mill grain white gold engagement ring and wedding band(472b) set came and I can't take my eyes of them. This is the 2nd set I have purchased among others. My round brilliant cut (wed380) and (eng603) white gold set is equally as beautiful. I alternate wearing both sets because I cant decide which I like/love more. I get nothing but adoring compliments from people including jewelers. I would highly recommend your company and products to anyone (and have done so). I will continue to do business with you forever!
My wife loves her rings. I'm not sure if I remember the timeline quite right but your company was willing to do a matching band for the engagement ring I bought, and back when I purchased the engagement ring it was with a different company. I was impressed you still were able to do a matching band with new ownership. I think only one stone has fallen out since I bought it, and it was easily repaired.
I am so pleased with my choice to purchase a Moissanite wedding set over other gem options. The stones are gorgeous, particularly in low, fluorescent, LED and direct sunlight. It is not, however, as brilliant in overcast/cloudy light. The physical durability of the stones and metal (palladium) is exceptional; I don't abuse my set, but I definitely put it through the rigors of every day life. My only concerns about the rings are that a few gems are not that brilliant except for under very specific lighting and upon closer inspection look to have a circular rather than faceted pattern.
A few things I'd do differently: use MoissaniteCo's ring sizer. I purchased one separately and ordered my size based on that, it was slightly too large. Lastly, I'd order a larger center stone. It's personal preference, but that's my (and my husband's) biggest regret.
The service was great. However, I was a little disappointed with the color of the amora. It looked a little green in some lighting. Also, I wasn't very happy with the setting-it did not look professionally done. Overall, I was disappointed and would have returned it but just didn't feel like it's worth doing the extra work of shipping the ring back and waiting for another one. I'm just going to buy from a jewelry store for our wedding bands. I'm not sure if I'll order from here again.
