I am a repeat customer and love the product and customer service but did have an issue with a certain particular style of ring where the small accent stones kept falling out. MoissaniteCo was great to work with though and fixed the ring twice but we finally decided it was the style of ring so we paid the difference and upgraded to a different style. No issues with this one and we are happy. Will do business with them again for sure.

I upgraded the large stones to the Forever Brilliant, well worth the extra cost. My sister-in-law did not upgrade and you can tell the difference, she also bought from a different website so I'm not sure if it's because of the product or due to the not upgrading. Mine is clear and has no yellowing, it's beautiful. The only thing I'm slightly disappointed in is the white gold I selected, it scratches a little. Overall I am very satisfied with my choice to go with MoissaniteCo. The product is beautiful and very well priced.

My now husband purchased my engagement ring through Moissanite.com and I instantly fell in love with brilliance and durability of the stone. When it came time to order a stone for my wedding band there was no question where I was going to get it. I ended up getting a colored stone, green the color of my husbands birthstone. It is amazing and I will be coming back for a pink one for my ten year band. Thank you Moissanite.com for providing a reasonable solution to the jewlery community.

I couldn't be happier with my wedding set (Wed410) and with Moissaniteco in general. When I received my rings back in May of 2015, when I opened the box both me and my husband were stunned by the radiance and absolute beauty of the rings. I especially wanted to thank Chris for all of his input, insight, and patience with my/our decision making and in his overseeing the making of this remarkably stunning set. As he stated, the 1.50 carat center stone isn't in any way overwhelming for the setting, and I believe that I would have regretted getting the 1.25 carat center stone. Also, his suggestion to go with the white gold over the palladium for strength and weight was great advice as well. Upon opening the box, both me and my husband were both blown away by the intricate workmanship and dazzling brilliance of the set. It barely shows slight body color at times, but he did a great job fulfilling my request for "the whitest best-cut most sparkly non-enhanced stone available." I think that the body color that does exist just adds to the performance and overall beauty of the stone. The cut of the stone is incredible and it sparkles in EVERY lighting (even in the dark, I bet!). It's truly one of the most beautiful wedding sets I've ever seen, and we're both over the moon that it's mine!
