I have purchased many items from this company and have been delighted with everything. I wear my jewelry and get so many compliments! I have been completely happy dealing with anything in customer service. They are first rate, considerate, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not deal with any other company. I stopped buying diamonds about ten years ago because of the company. I own too many pieces to mention, but all are terrific!

I've bought several pieces of jewelry from here and the shopping experience is excellent, the customer service is prompt and whenever I submit a question I will usually get a response within 24 hours and I really appreciate that. The shipping time is awesome, and when you have paid for overnight shipping they make sure you receive it on-time. I am really satisfied with their products and services, and I plan on buying some more jewelry from them.

Appearance and quality of the ring we purchased is fantastic, unfortunately after owning the ring for two months- the pin that holds the center stone broke off. However, we contacted customer service immediately and they were very quick to respond which put me at ease.

They explained everything and what happened with my ring is a very rare event that they offered to fix. I would have no concerns purchasing from them again and in fact we're looking into buying the same style wedding band and even my fiance's ring since he was so impressed with the quality.

Love moissaniteco products beautiful and well made! That being said customer service never responded to my emails when I asked for an order update because the ring said 7-10 business days and it had been 12 business days finally got ahold of a chat rep and was told the jewelers had been gone due to the holidays I understand that but the company should communicate that to their customers. Also I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to get to me once shipped.

We purchased my engagement ring in July of 2014 and then the matching wedding band in September 2015. Both rings are beautiful and stunning. The center cut reflects light beautifully and all the little side stones match perfectly as well. Same with the band- all the little stones match and look great.

I was a little apprehensive from the varied reviews (and honestly, Im sure some people may have had issues- not every company is perfect), but I can say without a doubt that I would purchase from MoissaniteCo.com again. Oh, and delivery was fast and they really took care of a special order since I needed the engagement ring right away by a specific date.

Make sure you get sized first and order true to size. My 7.5 was perfect. I love this ring and it has so far stood the test of the time that I have had it; and I am VERY rough on my hands and bang my ring into walls and other things all the time. I always shower with it on and never take it off. I got the 18 carat white gold and there are (after a year and a half), only a few lite scratches on the bottom from how I treat the ring.

One thing to mention- the center stone is only slightly off color outside in overcast, but most real diamonds are not super clear, unless they are the crazy ridiculous expensive ones.

I wanted something not super expensive (dont get me started on the diamond industry issues), but beautiful, environmentally friendly, and essentially PC. I hope that the few not so savory reviews out there dont stop you from giving them a chance. Just dont take the little sticker/tag off the ring until you are sure you are keeping it.
