This was my first experience with moissanite itself and with moissanite.com. Being as we were purchasing my engagement ring, there was a lot of pressure. I read a lot of reviews and felt confident, but naturally was still a bit nervous. Looking back there was no need to be! The selection was wonderful, the customer service reps I spoke with were very helpful and responsive, the delivery time was faster than expected and most importantly my ring is GORGEOUS! I went with the Forever One and couldn't be happier. It sparkles and shines and makes me smile everyday. I've stopped counting the compliments I've gotten on my "diamond". Even my friend who's ring is almost identical to mine was upset because she couldn't tell the difference between mine and her $13k ring. If you're thinking about moissanite, stop thinking and do it! You'll get your ring and never look back.unless its to order again like I'm about to do with my wedding band!

Ring
Here are my issues:
I really wanted a platinum setting. I was told that the platinum setting would be considered a 'custom' order and would be non-refundable. Using an internet company, purchasing a non-refundable expensive item was not an option so I ordered the ring in palladium. I am disappointed in the weight of the ring because of the metal I choose.
Also, and perhaps my fault, I was not aware of the number of prongs on the center stone or the height of the prongs on the side baguettes. The double prong setting of the center stone does not appeal to me and I wish that I could have ordered in with a single prong setting. Also, the height of the prongs on the side stones stick up too high for my taste and draw away from the stones, focusing your eye on the metal setting.
Lastly, there two options for the setting I wanted: center Radiant stone with tapered baguettes. I spent many hours trying to figure out the difference between the two options. It would have helped if the website explained the differences being that they were almost identical. I had to make a guess in the end.

Earrings:
I am more disappointed with the earrings then the ring. I compared my earrings to my friends' Erwin Pearl CZ studs of the same size and mine are yellow in comparison. They also lack sparkle and they are double the cost of what she spent. I wish now I purchased the Forever One studs but the price of both actually seemed outrageous for stud earrings. If I make another stud earring purchase I will buy Erwin Pearl CZ.

We were very nervous about ordering moissanite online but we knew we didn't want a diamond. I had questions about the stone I picked out, and when I emailed customer service I got a response from a real person right away which made me feel much better about going with moissaniteco. We got a half carat stone. It was packaged securely and it arrived right away, within something like 3 days of when we ordered it. It's perfect. I went with one of the new colorless hearts and arrows ones, it was more expensive but totally worth it.The stone is absolutely beautiful. Everyone thought it was a diamond before I told them it was actually moissanite. It's on my finger right now and I love it! I would definitely recommend this company, and in fact I have recommended it to my own family and friends.

My husband was wanting a comfort fit style wedding band, and after doing some shopping around at some local jewelry stores, he figured out what size and width looked best on his hands. He decided that since he had such a wonderful experience purchasing my engagement ring ring, that he would order through moissaniteco.com to get his ring as well. When his ring arrived, the size, fit and quality exceeded his expectations! He wears his ring proudly, and because of the sleek design he never takes it off and rarely knows it's on! Thank you!

I was kind of hesitant to buy a moissanite but after I received my beautiful round 1.5 carat forever one engagement ring I was extremely pleased on our purchase not only is it brilliant but it has fire and luster beyond belief so if you are thinking about buying a Moissanite do it you will not be sorry I have had my ring for 4 months and it is just as beautiful as the day got it I get compliments all the time from women and men. Im so happy i got the ring I wanted and plan purchasing more Moissanite jewerly in the future. (I love my ring!)
