Before picking the ring, we have many questions and concerns due to the fact that it was an engagement ring being bought online; a big purchase for a big occasion.
We contacted customer services umpteen times with all sorts of questions and queries and each time we received a prompt, friendly and informative reply.
When we ordered the ring, the process was simple. The delivery time was short and punctual which was really good as we live in Ireland so expected it to take a lot longer that it did.
We had to get the ring resized a few months later. Again, the customer service team made everything very simple and were so friendly in dealing with out query.

I was very impressed with Moissanite Co. Customer service and the making of my wives wedding ring. The wedding ring we wanted was different from the wedding ring that originally went with our engagement ring. I sent pictures, and we exchanged emails back and forth until I was happy with what they came up with. Then when I received the ring it was better than my wife and I imagined. We are very happy with the engagement ring we purchased. We did a custom order, and customer service was great to work with every step of the way. They answered all of our many questions promptly and helped us design a ring that was exactly what we were looking for by combining design elements from a couple different rings. Shipping was very quick and the ring arrived nicely packaged. My fiancé has been wearing the ring for 3 months now and it is still as beautiful as the day we received it. MoissaniteCo.com was a fantastic shopping experience. I do not like the diamond trade so when searching for a ring I was looking at vintage rings or any alternative. I stumbled upon this site and easily navigated the site to find the exact style that I knew my girlfriend would love. For the size of the rock, the price was leaps and bounds cheaper than the diamond equivalent. I had to contact customer service because I had moved my proposal date up and I was worried that the ring would not get in on time. They made sure to expedite the ring at no charge.

The quality of the ring is fantastic. Even took it to zales, while trying on a band for myself, and had it cleaned. The manager inspected the ring before cleaning it and had only amazing things to say about the clarity and cut.

The setting sits high and catches my wife's "everything". Based on fair assessment we tried to call MoissaniteCo.com. Can never speak to a person in customer service. Chat could not address our question. Told us to email.

EMAILED QUESTION: Can we exchange or get some sort of credit back towards another purchase for a smaller stone/setting or have the stone placed into a smaller setting? Willing to meet in the middle.

Because all of our jewelry is made to order, we don't have a buy back or trade in program unfortunately. We do offer a 30 day returns period but since it was purchased in December that has expired.

I couldn't be happier with the purchase I made. Originally I bought a 2 carat Forever Brilliant solitaire at a store. It did have a yellowish tint in certain lighting, I then read about the colorless Forever One stone and decided to buy it from MoissaniteCo.com. I was very impressed with the quality of the ring and can't wait to get an eternity band to go with it. I am a size seven and have been for at least the past 15 years. For some reason this ring was too big so I do have to get it sized down. Other than that it arrived earlier than expected and I'm very pleased.
