Chris in customer service was polite and very quick to respond to my questions. His level of knowledge and curtesy earned a lifetime customer. I received my loose stone in a beautiful display case and the jewelers were awestruck by the beauty of this stone! Morgan Jewelers set the loose stone in a gorgeous Tiffany mount and I got a lifetime service warranty! This way, my lady can take her ring into a jewelry store to be serviced (rhodium plating) same day, just like other girls. She gets the full experience of a store bought ring, and we both get all the added benefits of affordability, durability, and beauty of moissanite.
