I originally purchased a Forever Brilliant 1ct stone ring. When it arrived, there was definitely a yellowish cast to the stone (I had heard about this during my research, but wasn't sure how noticeable it would be. I highly recommend spending the extra money for the new Forever One gem stone. It's beautiful and has that colorless sparkle!). I sent the ring back to upgrade to a Forever One and my fiance loves it! Customer service was excellent. I sent the original ring back on a Sat, and had the ring back with the new stone by Friday. Great job moissaniteco.

I originally had a little trouble accessing it, but e-mailed you and quickly got that figured out. Later questions were quickly answered (within 24 hours, even on weekends). After purchase, ring arrived a few days earlier than the initial estimate. Since it was for an anniversary gift, it facilitated preparations for a memorable presentation. This ring (and her wedding band) are about the only jewelry she wears.
