I knew I wanted a solitaire bezel pendant, and I looked a long time, both at natural diamonds and the man made ones. This one is just perfect. I got the 1/2ct and it's big enough to see but is not overpowering. I got it on the link chain, which is so dainty looking, but not fragile, as I wear this necklace nearly every day. I like the fact that the back of the setting is flat, so it lays nicely all the time. I am very happy with the purchase, and would purchase again from this company.

Real pictures of the products on fingers would be so helpful! I would have ordered a different product if I had seen what it actually looked like on a live person.
When it is difficult to impossible to get a person on the phone for customer service- customers assume the worst. When you finally do get someone on the phone and they are rude, short of words, and monosyllabic in their response- customers get really frustrated. Finally when the live person tells you to go on the website and initiate a chat to resolve the issue or get a question answered- well that's when you know that your customer service model is broken, and you have at least one dumbass working for you.
