This was my third MoissaniteCo purchase and I LOVE my new ring! I bought a 4.5 mm Moissanite Eternity Wedding band that looks like a $20,000 Tiffany style...REALLY! It's 18k gold, heavy weight, and sparkles just as bright as fine diamonds do...
Product received was nicely packaged and top quality. The website is thorough, extensive, and easy-to-navigate. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service via instant chat was extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory, as the representatives had very little product knowledge and were clearly unable to make any decisions or connect me with someone who could. I resorted to email correspondence and eventually received the answers I needed, but that process took nearly a week. That said, the ability to converse real-time via phone would be a huge improvement. Overall, very pleased, now that the process is complete.
