I love my ring! I have 3 carat forever brilliant wedding set. When I first open the box I didn't know what to think, I thought it was cloudy. So I got my jewelry cloth and shined my ring up and oh my goodness! Whoa does this thing BLING. I can not wait to get something else. And communications were on point. Although you don't talk to them by phone, they are very prompt with emailing, and I found the online chat box to be very helpful as well. Go ahead get you some bling too. You will not be disappointed.
I ordered my ring with regular shipping, and then changed my mind a few days after. They were able to accept the additional shipping fee after the fact, change my shipping option to expedite the order and overnight my ring so I would have it in time for me to propose on vacation. Amidst the commotion, they did charge the shipping fee twice, but when I pointed it out it was refunded with a message of apology within hours. Great service and I felt like I was dealing with real people. That said, I do wish there was an option for telephone customer service, instead of just online chat.

The ring was perfect!
Purchased an engagement ring and a band. Less than a month after the wedding one of the stones fell out of the band. Contacted customer support and they are replacing the stone.
I was afraid the ring I ordered would be too big (not possible, of course) and when I received it, it was indeed a show-stopper. We call it The Chandelier as it is unbelievably sparkly and brilliant. I have several Moissanite pieces: necklace, earrings and three rings. Some are years old and still stunning and the settings are high quality. I will always choose Moissanite over diamonds.

The overall experience was not a good one. Although I got a reponse to my first inquiry, I did not get an email response to my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and fifth inquiries. Then having to add up the my layaway payments in the bizarre and difficult way you had it on the website made it all the more frustrating. Customer service was poor and the website was confusing. I will say this, however, the product was beautiful, well made, and did arrive in a timely fashion.
