Chris was really helpful. I bought a princess cut yellow mossy from moissaniteco on May. My toddler daughter got my ring and dropped it on the floor and chipped the corner of the diamond :( Of course, it's not under warranty because we dropped the ring causing the damage, but I sent Chris an email asking if he can do anything for me. As the color mossy is discontinued, Chris offered me a same size cushion shape Forever Brilliant as the same price of my discounted yellow diamond. I'm greatly appreciated.

I asked for a speedy 10 days international delivery (Asia) and was very happy that it arrived only 7 days after I placed my order. They've exceeded my expectations. The ring was beautiful and is exactly as shown on the website. Of course, there's no way of knowing whether the quality is as good as claimed (only a few weeks now), but I must say so far the overall service and product has been nothing short of excellent! 5/5.

Great online experience! We loved being able to shop, save our selections, and compare. We took our time and examined all of the features and differences closely. When we made our selection, we were a little surprised that other than an email confirmation, there was no specific confirmation about the details, sizing, choice. It seems like with such a high dollar purchase, and being custom-made, it might be nice to have a "is this correct" email or call. But, it turned out perfect! The sizing runs a little big, so I ordered down about half-of-a-size, and it was perfect! The shine is stunning. My ring catches the light so remarkably. It only took about a day before someone commented on it. I still cannot believe I have such a beautiful diamond ring, for such an amazing price, with such durability. Awesome!
