Great online system! It makes it easy to find what you want and I love the reward points too. When I received the ring it was stunning! I purchased a 8.5mm cushion cut FB solitaire set in a split shank. It sparkles beautifully and I can't stop staring at it. I receive regular compliments from friends and strangers. I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't look white since it is a FB, but I really wanted a cushion cut and they don't seem to have a variety of Forever One cuts. But it looks white. No regrets on this purchase!
I love the broad variety of rings available. So many styles to choose from! I originally ordered a different ring than the ring I ended up receiving, but decided to change my order 5 days in. Chris from customer service was very accomodating and my order was changed within 1 business day. I still received the ring within 2 weeks of the original order. My new fiancée is very pleased with the ring and so am I. The fire and brilliance of the moissanite is amazing. We are both so glad we didn't go with diamond.
Your site seemed to have the best balance between price and quality. I also like that you offer palladium and have the 3D ring on finger viewer. I just wish you offered black friday deals. I would have purchased more things.
