LOVE Moissaniteco.com! Shopping here for 4 years!

I love this site and hope to order more from them soon! I ordered a wedding band set and it's GORGEOUS! Unfortunately, I did lose a gem stone from my thin wedding band about two weeks after it arrived, BUT MoissaniteCo was so quick to respond when I wrote them about the issue. They are repairing it for free and sent me a free shipping label through Fed Ex. Their customer service is great.

Only issue I had was that the size was incorrect (miscalculated on my part) will need to resize the ring accordingly.

Love the website. All items clearly shown and well described. 360 view is fabulous. Great shopping experience.
The moissonite stones are as brilliant as shown. The solitaire setting I chose had a scroll design at the base. The scroll work was not as defined and dimensional as it looked on the website. The scrolls are rather flat. But since it's at the base it's not really noticeable. Overall it's a nice ring.

Website is easy to use, and customer service helped settle my worries about delivery time. My engagement ring and matching wedding band arrived incredibly quickly, and people constantly assume my husband and I paid thousands of dollars for it, when in fact the complete set was less than $1000 USD.
My only point to change would be an easier way to display prices in Canadian dollars to make shopping even more simple.
