The ring was fabulous. I surprised my girlfriend with it and she was blown away. She gets lots of stares and compliments from coworkers and strangers. Production was as scheduled and it shipped overnight just as I requested.
First online web site order for 2017 placed on 03/24/2017 with a promised commitment time of 3-3.5 weeks which was a JOKE as of today 04/18/2017 the item was still in production from 03/******* and no status up date could be provided?! Merchant was PAID IN FULL on 03/24/2017 however we DISPUTED the transaction to assure our account integrity and we are anticipating a FULL REFUND?! Staff are rude and obnoxious if you make a contact attempt by e-mail so do not HOLD your breath waiting for a reply?! They have no phone service to speak of?! I have read NEGATIVE reviews on the web for this merchant as well?! Save your time, money and aggravation and shop else where as the Testimonials do not jive with the negative information on the web for this merchant?!

I have been shopping with Moissaniteco for years! My absolute favorite place to buy jewelry online. I only wish the customer service acted a bit faster. If you have any questions it takes sometimes several days and then if you have a follow up question it can be several more days etc. I understand quotes can take time but it can be expedited a bit more.

I was iffy with purchasing online to begin with. When I reached out to customer service regarding timing and overall turn around time, I got a response from Craig. At first he sounded helpful, but when I questioned him more and asked for more clarification he was pushy. And that really put me off. (I was under no deadline to receive my order, I really just wanted to be certain of his words and what I should expect, from the time I purchase to the time I receive my order. After all, isn't trust one of the main trait/virtues a consumer value?)
All in all was a good experience.
I ordered a 0.75 H&A moissanite for my fiancée's custom made ring. It arrived at my doorstep here in Singapore just a few days later. It looks simply amazing, and we couldn't be happier.

Customer service responded very quickly. Although I prefer calling and talking in person, the customer service chat was very clear and informative. Easy check out process.
Only had a small issue which was resolved. The day before I was suppose to receive my order, I saw it had not been sent out yet. I contacted customer service and was told the product still had to go through testing and it would be mailed out if it passes the test. If it failed, there they weren't sure when I would get it exactly. Fortunately, it passed and they sent it out the same day. VERY pleased with the product.
I received great customer service in a timely manner. My order shipped and came on time as well. I will be making more order in the near future.
