MoissaniteCo was a joy to work with. The engagement ring I ordered took a little longer than the standard quoted time (because the size of the band is larger than average, a woman's 11) and their customer service ended up footing the bill for rush delivery to get it to me on time. The ring itself is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded all of my expectations.

Ordering from Moissanite Co. Was very simple. I like the way the different types of moissanite are organized. Not only are the different types organized but the rings are categorized by solitaires or sets which made making a selection easier. I can't wait to buy a matching band for my solitare!

I had some issues trying to receive my order via FedEx which resulted in extra fees; however, MoissaiteCo. Customer Service was extremely helpful in resolving the issue.

This was really quick and easy. Customer service chat was helpful and easy. However I asked customer service if the rings came all put together she said yes! They did not! Now I have to take them to a jeweler and have them put together! Very inconvenient! Need to clarify how your rings will be delivered!
