I had some problems with the sizes on some of the items I ordered and had to return them. At first I exchanged them and those didn't fit right and I tried to exchange them and had a hard time with speaking with the contact person. I was later told that they could only be exchanged once. I think this policy is not right. So I asked for a refund and got a store credit. Later, that did get worked out. Sometimes it is difficult working with the chat help, but I have always gotten my issues worked out.
So easy to use and so many products to choose from. Returns are easy. Sizes are true to form. Never had a bad experience with ModLily. Highly recommend!

Vest did not look like it did in the picture. One pair of earrings was much larger and bulkier than the picture showed. Shipping takes way too long. Well packaged. Seem to be nicely made.
