Quality is not always the best and materials absolutely are different when you get them compared to website. Shipping is quicker than most of these websites, although they are giving you a date of arrival. I will see if that really happens.

I ordered on 6 December for a Christmas gift. It was delivered on 6 January. Tracking showed 3 weeks in one area waiting to be picked up by the carrier. Several emails to customer service were answered the same way, they would contact the carrier, which was not USPS or UPS or FedEx
