I ordered 2 bathingsuits that were suppose to have been shipped in 24 hours. I do not have them nor have I heard from Modlily. I cannot reach anyone to discuss this. If this is a fraud company, why are they able to continue to post their website!

Still no product

I ordered two items, said it would ship within 24 hours. After a week now still no confirmation email or product. When I looked on the site the only reason I ordered was because they had 5 star reviews. Don't go by them!

Shut them down

Seriously I do not understand why trading standards do not shut this company down. They are fraud. I ordered 2 dresses paid for express delivery 1to3 days it did not come after a month and me reporting them to PayPal a message came one dress was out of stock and they have refunded me credit in their account which I said no I want the money to my pay pal account they just ignore me keep sending their adverts. Finally one dress arrived OMG I really never seen anything like it terrible thin cloth not Jean as advertised small fit not the size I ordered it went straight to the bin can't be bothered the hustle of returning it. I should have gone to primark or matalan or beltal or i offer excellent quality there. Why this company is allowed to trade and defraud people I do not have a clue. Do not order no matter how tempted you are you will reget

SCAM SITE

I placed an order for 2 bathing suits on February 26,2016 it is now March 7th and the order has notneven been shipped yet. Both items i ordered stated that they would be shipped within 2-4 days. I have sent several tickets and have recieved no response from anybody. Needless to say i will not be ordering from this company ever again. I feel they are another scam site as is Sammy Dress

My experience with this website is disappointing to say the least. When I tried to publish a review with 1 star and my comments with each of the 3 items, NONE OF COMMENTS WERE ALLOWED TO BE PUBLISHED AND I COULD NOT TRY TO MAKE A REVIEW AGAIN. I bought 3 jumpers and it took a month for my order to arrive. (I paid extra for 2-4 day shipping) One item was completely see through, the other item was an ugly shiny green color when it was supposed to be an army green, and the other item was suppose to have an adjustable drawstring at the waste but it only had a small string that served no purpose. Each item was not at all like the picture. I really wasted my time and money. I tried to warn other people in my reviews on the actual website but they did not allow it to be published. Complete sensorship! Be warned! Do not use this site!

Wherever you are if you are reading this I'm telling you now do not use this website if you know anyone who is thinking about ordering something from this place do not I repeat do not use this website no one will give you anything no one will return the call I spent over $200 and when I went to go cancel it it's been over three days and I still have not talk to a human being at all but its all good I will not stress about it because they're going to get theirs in the end and yes I will be taking legal action

WARNING! SCAM!

I want to help save others from what has happened to me! This company is a SCAM! First of all, the items look NOTHING like the photos, the sizing is not true to size, and the clothes had a horrible, horrible smell! One of the bathing suits looked worn! I contacted them the next day via "ticket" that you have to submit, asking for the proper return address. Their website says "14 day return policy", NOT true. They will NOT provide the address! They told me "the cost to ship it back is not worth it for you, right? Maybe sell online, or give as a gift". This was after I even sent them photos of the merchandise per their request! Going on 10 days with the open ticket, and now I'm just being ignored. I spent over $100, and now going through a dispute with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They should be reported, and not allowed to do business with the USA. I wish I could give a negative star...

I just ordered with company a couple of days ago. Still havent recieved a tracking or order number through my email. I didnt know at time of order that the sizes run very small. I already know I'm screwed with the sizes I ordered. I also used their other company Rosewholesale to order, not knowing it was same company with a different name. I dont use my credit card on any online sites to purchase with. Paypal is free and I encourage anyone to use them to pay through. I did and already see I might have to file a dispute to recoup my money. Paypal will get your money back sooner or later. After reading reviews I will never shop with these 2 sites again. Modlily or Rosewholesale

I ordered a dress for a important formal engagement with my husband. I ordered 4 weeks prior to and I have yet to receive the item. The site stated that I would get a tracking number between 1-3 business days since I ordered priority and it took 2 weeks for a tracking number. I will NEVER order from this site again!

Have ordered from this company, haven't received my order upto now, it has beetroot month now, money wasn't refunded replying to my email that the items were already delivered, but am warning anyone trying to buy from this online $#*!, get you assume off this things, it's just the same clothes they sell here and also in this shopping online from China called chicme, they disappeared with my money, $168.00, last November 2015 and I will never ever advice no one to order from here or chicme.com, they will get your money and deliver nothing.

In posting my reviews concerning Rosewe.com. I have come across another apparel advertising display where the apparel is identical most of it as well as the display of models. I also noticed that the copyrights are identical and believe that it is possible that rosewe.com and Modlily.com are the same company. Buyer beware!

I placed an order in December, and have yet to received it. I needed it for the 20th of February, Ive emailed and called and still no respond. To everyone who has ordered and are not satisfied, please file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. This doesn't make any since. Lesson learned for me.

Horrible service

I'm a us size 14, I ordered a black jumper in XXL which the size chart said was a u. S size 16, then I took almost a month to receive it. When I tried it on it was more like a us size 10... I couldn't even get it on, when I sent an email to modlilly to try and get a refund they sent me a 20% off coupon and never responded again. I will never purchase from them ever again and I'll be writing Many bad reviews. Screw your 20% off coupon

I knew this was shipping from China, so I ordered an XL even though I am an American barely medium. Guess what? I couldn't even get it over my boobs without hearing the thread pop. I waited over 10 weeks to get it, paid 14 bucks for it, and cannot return it because NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ME!

Bad Quality bad service

If you are a very small Asian women, then these clothes may fit. If you live in China then you might be able to return. BUT, if you are from Europe or North America... save your money! Extremely small fitting, bad quality (a mean not even sewn properly). If you want to return they tell you no cuz the postage isn't worth it. You will be stuck with something that doesn't fit and looks like it was made in Grade 6 Home Economics Class. Beware! They are a poor quality China company but you don't find that out until they have your money.
