No Star Rating! I would not recommend this site. Sizing was way off. Won't give me address to return and offered only 30% credit. Nearly a week of emails and they still havent resolved refund. Last msg says we will dispatch order asap? What Order? Do not buy from Modlily. Wish is a very good site and cheaper. Refund happily and you do not have to return item.
I tried to contact them about cancelling my order after I read the horrible reviews on quality and late delivery and there was no option in the dropdown menu to cancel. Tried the online chat and there IS NO ONLINE CHAT! There is simply a way to send them a message. This is not service. Tried to send a message asking why no physical location or phone is listed on their site and I got an email response saying it could not be delivered to the email address. I'm only hoping my order I couldn't cancel shows up in a timely manner and the quality isn't shoddy.
I tried to place an order on this site, and was all prepared to pay, but found it very confusing and ended up by duplicating the order.
When I tried to cancel one or the other of the orders, I got the runaround by way of messages telling me "yes, fine, you can do this from your account" [or words to that effect]. Well, no. I couldn't. After a lot of toing and froing, I now find that I'm denied access to all parts of the site.
Luckily I also had difficulty in accessing Paypal & so I haven't actually paid any money, & that's not going to change.
I won't be dealing with this company again. Customer service is non-existent & trying to alter or cancel an order is nigh on impossible.
I ordered from the site prior to reading all the reviews, when I received the item I purchased was a bit skeptical in even opening the package. For the price I paid I found it fine, possibly a little neater in the fit than I thought but it still looks very good. The colour, style, everything was as the picture and the material is a chiffon and as good as you get for the price. I am very happy and will order again.
DO NOT order anything through this site. They take your money and do not deliver! Then when questioned turn around and blame you. Their service is BULL$#*!!
Truly speaking, the dresses I bought from Modlily are much better than those I bought on other online shopping websites. But I waited for almost two weeks for my package. But I really like the styles on Modlily therefore I think it worth waiting for.
The fabric is very good, soft, nice. I enjoyed shopping on Modlily.com, I can't believe that the quality is so good since the price is so cheap. Now I am a frequent guest, every season I will get myself and my family members some new clothes. Love it!

I needed to order a yellow item of clothing to wear at my Aunt's funeral as this was the colour requested. I came across a seemingly beautiful yellow midi skirt featured on the modlily website; however, when it arrived I was beyond disappointed. The material is vile- some kind of cheap cotton-polyester-spandex fusion crap. The colour is a weird kind of radioactive piss yellow. And I'm a short girl but this 'midi skirt' is ridiculously long. I ended up having to do a manic last-minute shop, to find something yellow to wear, stressing me out even more than I already was.
Anyone thinking of buying anything from modlily should be aware of the ludicrous false advertisement that they participate in.

This company is ridiculous. It's not clear they are shipping from China when you place your order, so that was a surprise. Six weeks after ordering, I received my order and nothing fit. Some too big, some too small. They won't let me return for a full refund. Not only would I have to pay return shipping to China, but they also only offered a 60% return. They gave me a big sob story about how much it cost them to ship the items to me. So I'm supposed to pay return shipping AND lose 40% of my cost of goods? Awful people run this company and they should not be allowed to do business in the US. Don't support them.
I used to buy all my clothes in stores, because I thought the delivery cost too much time. But my friend told me this website and the items are really cheap so I decided to have a try. To my surprise, the item came earlier than I expected and the quality is really good! I will buy again!

I ordered some items 2 month ago and still have not received them. Ithe seems everyone has the same tracking number. I think we should file a class action lawsuit against this company and inform the Better Business Bureau. If enough people complain, maybe we can put them out of business in the U.S. No one should have to go through so much, especially when they have received our money!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!

We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, but it maybe up to your expectation. So you could return anything you want, under the condition it's in original condition. Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.
