Update - still say NO! If you are spending your hard earned money - Please do not order from the company Modlily.com. If you are lucky enough to receive your merchandise from them, most will be a poor quality, mis-sized, no labels other than sizing (s, m, l, xl) and not what it looks like in the ad. Sizing in China is very different from US sizing. Arms are not long enough, bust sizes or legs, seams are mis-matched, pockets are are mis-matched, threads are mis-sewn & exposed & hanging out. Fabrics are changed from ads as well as colors. Share this with anyone that even thinks about ordering. The Modlilly return policy is pointless as they will only offer you 60% of the value of your order but you have to pay shipping. They discourage you from returning as it will be just as expensive as what you would return. This is a SCAM & bad business and needs to be reported to Facebook as well as others that promote their business. -
This company is a scam a bait and switch you think you are buying beautiful clothing and you get a totally different item wrong colour style size it won't fit. They don't have a return policy they don't want the cloths back they want you to take credit on more stuff that will not be what you ordered the tracking was impossible to track, and they were late. The packaging was poormy done it was damaged when I got it.
The clothes took over a month! There is no customer service or live person to talk to so you just keep submitting a ticket. IT's total BS! I want all my money back. The clothes were horrible quality!
Shame! Shame! Shame on Facebook for allowing this company, 'modlily' to advertise on their site and then offer no retribution when people are scammed!
Ordered w/o reading reviews. A month still NO product. Finding SCAMMERS are advertising on FB & FB will not stop them. Please read reviews before ordering.
Items take forever to arrive, are smaller than US sizes. Not high quality items either. I could have found this quality in the dollar store and had it immediately, not 6 weeks later.
I made an order on 7 November. It is now 10 January (ie: 2 months later) and I have not received the order. Modlily say they will only pay me 60% of what I paid.

Ordered a coat that was a size large (12-14) women's and I'm sure my 10 year old grand daughter would not be able to button it. Oh did I mention there were 2 buttons missing and the fur around the collar was suppose to come off... oh it was suppose to be light blue... NOT... it was Grey. It also smelled... tried to call to get info to return, that is not happening no one answers. NO paperwork with the purchase... SCAMMERS! Shame on you..
Shipping takes forever, sizing is not correct, material and stitching is very cheap. Returning is a joke... no information to be found on where to return. They are offering a 28% refund. This company is a scam. Filing a dispute with PayPal.
Was excited to find a women's clothing website with cute larger size clothes, however, buyer beware! Ordered 2 tops in size 3X women's, one is so small I doubt it would fit a size 6 and the other is so large it is like a 5X. Tried to return but no return information in package. Contacted through PayPal as both websites for Modlilly came back with undeliverable email. Response below: (copied and pasted so you can see the poor English, grammar etc.) Offering $15 for a $45+ order.
Hello, we feel terribly sorry for the problem, but i think it is not worth to return since you should pay for the shipping and handling fee back to China. It is too expensive. We will offer partial refund if you keep it. Please consider and accept it.

Sizing is wrong. Return policy is 60% of the purchase price, even if their size chart is wrong. Cute stuff, not badly made, but no, no, no. Example: 46 inch bust, ordered that size, item when it arrived was 42 inch bust, for two different size shirts. Lost my money. Wished I looked at the ratings before I ordered.
Ok, so we are buying cute clothes for 20 - 30 dollars... The shipping does take a long time, but it is free. I have purchased 3 casual dresses from this company and am quite pleased with each of them. Super comfy, make is solid and I have received numerous compliments on each one. Seriously puzzled by so so many poor reviews and glad I did NOT read them before I put in an order LOL.
Like everyone else has said, this is a total scam. Unfortunately I did not read reviews before I ordered via PayPal a cute dress. My money was withdrawn immediately by them and 2 months later, never has showed up. I tried all the possible ways to get a hold of them or resolve this to no avail. Luckily I just lost $25, but think of the thousands of dollars they are scamming out of people every day.
Do not order from this company, they send you junk. It is in fact too good to be true, took 3 weeks to get the jacket and the one they shipped looked nothing like the picture. I new I was just going to be out the $$ but advised them the jacket they sent was terrible, zipper didn't work, had some extra flap on one side, hood looked cone shaped, faux fur was nappy and itchy, shell was detached and no way to attach it (button vs. snap) no snap on side for pockets. They offered a 10% credit to my account at 25% being the highest but returning would be very costly and time consuming. I will eat the cost, BUYER BEWARE!
Would give a 0 if I could. Like the other reviewers, the styles and price are indeed too good to be true. They are not. This Chinese company does not use current U. S sizes. Clothing terrible quality and sizes completely unpredictable. I'm glad it was dirt cheap that I didn't loose too much money.
You really need think before ordering from this Chinese company. Took 6 weeks to receive, sizes are all wrong, and material very cheap.
I purchased 6 tops/tunic/dress looks, all size Large ( I'm 5'3"--135 lbs), 1 I use as a house gown due to its extreme length but at least I can use it. 1pc, I can wear but its snug, 3pcs might would fit a 10 yr old but would be way to long, 1pc, would make a great 6 yr old girl a sleeper gown. $168.00 worth and I actually have worn the one item with leggings out a couple of times and around inside the house on days off as a long house dress. When I requested a return the word was NO, when I ask to exchange the suggestion was to keep and buy more at a reduced price. CHEAP FABRIC, and will NEVER fit an American Woman's Size. As I stated, I actually got 4 different sizes out of 6 all with a Large tag sewn in the neck. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Go the the cheapest Dollar Store in American and you can buy better! SERIOUSLY
I ordered two tunics in the same size. One was fine but the other at least two sizes too small. Despite contacting them twice, I have had no reply or return address. They seem to expect photographs and full measurements of the garment they sent but will not provide any return address. How can I photograph a garment which is so small that I cannot get it on? What a palaver. I gave up in the end.
How can you be so dishonest in your business practices? The quality of your product is horrible and the sizing is completely inaccurate. You publish a sizing chart indicating that a US size 12/14 would be an XL. Rubbish! The XL I ordered for my US size 12/14 fit my US size 5 daughter. Stop taking people's money unless you can deliver the product you advertise. Beyond disgusted!
I am disappointed that the two items I ordered have not arrived. I ordered on -line early December and it is Jan. 8th and nothing has come. I reached out to their customer service and the phone number listed was disconnected and the message about the order was that it was coming from China, and the holidays... etc. And couldn't I wait more week. This week is that week and I am not holding my breath. I am wondering if they are a fake company ( trying to look like Zulilly) and scamming people. I wish I had read this site before ordering and hope they can be closed. My fear was and still is that they have my credit card info.and how else are using it

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
