The two dresses I ordered and a swimsuit are well made. My only complaint would be the shipping. I paid extra to get the products (specifically the swimsuit) in time for vacation. I received an email saying it was shipped, but when I checked the website, it was still in process. I didn't receive in the time frame THEY said and it was too late for use on vacation. So don't pay extra for shipping. However, they did give me a complaint ticket and were responsive to the complaints, except the last one about shipping. Believe they are canned responses. The product shipped from Shanghai. I will try again with another order soon. I like the vintage dresses.
I'm giving up - their photos show a great item, when you get it, it's NOTHING like they show, made poorly, size varies - I am a medium to small - in some cases the 'M' would fit a CHILD, another dress I bought would fit size Xlarge! I give up - not worth it to send back because it takes too long to get. I've ordered 4 things - 2 of which actually fit. Of the the 2 that fit, they did NOT look like the photos shown in the description in the least.
Ordered merchandise and never received it. Made every effort to contact them to ask where is merchandised. They can sent you an email conformation that payment was received and when you try to show payment was received but there is no tracking number or anything has been sent you get no help. Then to beat all they want me to write a review so I can receive 3 dollars. So here goes don't buy anything customer service SUCKS and they wont refund you your money. If by any chance they give me my whole 3 dollars for this review now I only lost 25 dollars.

I ordered a swimsuit, 8 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. When I contacted Modlily, I got a response in broken English that said, it will arrive in your country soon. It doesn't take 8 weeks for a package to arrive from another country. Also, why are they making offers to give you a $3.00 coupon if you write a good review? BECAUSE THEY HAVE PROBABLY NEVER HAD A GOOD REVIEW WRITTEN ABOUT THEM. This company is horrible and if I tell anyone and everyone I will. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND TIME!
I ordered 2 swim suits (same suit 2 different sizes) planned to return the suit that did not fit. I kept the larger size but I actually had to sew one of the straps on because it was ripped off. It has been nearly 4 weeks and I have not heard back from customer service about returning the wrong size. They have not returned any phone calls, or emails, and I even tried to contact on their website. I think I am stuck with 2 swim suits, one of which I had to repair if I want to wear it. Awful. Will not ever order from Modlily in the future.
My order was placed on March 9, order paid for on March 10. Today is April 6 and my order is still in China! Can't get a response from a ticket, a voice mail, etc. Won't make this mistake again!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
