I will never ever order from Modlily again. The quality of the dress I've purchased is very poor and the size XXL actually is Small. The chart on their website with measurements for each size is not even close to the actual measurement. There is no way to communicate with Customer service since they are in China, and the return would cost me more then the item itself.
If you read any good reviews on here it because this company wrote it. They steal your money and send you crap which takes forever to receive! Call your credit card company and complain. I have disputed the charge as fraudulent. There is no way to speak to a person about your order no they are in Hong Kong!
I will never do business with these people again I can't get answers to my questions and I need to exchange as the size that normally fits me is way too small. Everything they send me ends up in spam and it isn't useful anyway.

I have been trying to return items for weeks. Awful return process, there's no return address on package, service will not reply to email and phone number does not work. Awful company, clothes are cheap and ill-fitting, and now I'm stuck with them. Steer clear!
Knowing the sizes run small I ordered two sizes up. Still, the dress was small enough to fit a 13 yr old! I've tried this three different times but unfortunately ended up donating them to goodwill. I would have to lose at least sixty pounds to squeeze into what I ordered. Mostly tho it's the bust size in dresses and tops. I'm a full 36 and China doesn't make clothes to accommodate. If they redesigned I'd order again but doubtful they would spend the money to do so. In conclusion, this site will work for ladies size 2, 4, 6. After that you will look like a sausage in the clothes.
Merchandise is cheap pathetic knock-off from China. Garbage TOTAL SCAM! Shipping takes forever. Stated value on package was $6 (for $56 retail items) -seemed too generous for what I received. Can't even bring myself to donate. I think I will keep items and share with news stations. Returns more expensive than items! Currently they are offering me a crappy 20% refund. I cannot believe I was taken in like this. Spare yourself and spread he word - MODLILY Is a SCAM, along with Dresslily etc. Research on Buzzfeed, online. ***SCAM!***

I ordered 2 bathing suits March 30,17. ToOk my money and gave tracking. Tracking shows no movement since then. Submitted now 3 tickets and keep getting excuses from stuck in customs, to the suit are in high demand, to site doesn't update regularly and to be pateint. I think this is a scam..

I ordered 2 swimsuits from Modlily... while they did come fairly quickly and seemed to be fairly nice fabric, the fit was way off. When I tried to return, I was given a huge run around. The order number I had, given by them, was said to be "not a valid order number". Then I was told to submit a ticket to get an address to return to. When I got a response with a link to click, it just brought me back to their website and wanted me to start the whole process over. Do not order from this site!

Honestly, you get what you paid for. I ordered 4-5 day shipping I think and in small letters under it, it said (processing time not included.) Still haven't gotten anything and it's been weeks. I don't know why my hopes were high. Someone I knew recommended it but this is honestly the worst service. I cannot wait to receive clothing that is too small or big for me. I honestly hope for it to be small because I got to lose some weight anyways but, I am getting off topic. I would probably not recommend to a friend.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
