I received items that were wrong sizing compared to what the website had listed on their website. I contacted them to try to return items and found that it was very expensive to ship to china as that is the address they gave me. They then offered me 30% back of what I paid for items. I answered Rotita and said I would take it since it was too expensive to ship back, but now after contacting them at least 3 times they won't answer me. This was my first purchase experience. Fast Delivery. I received this item in 4 days! I loved this beautiful blouse and thing if it were in my large bust size, would look really nice on me and would take the attention off the large bust issue i deal with. Luckily! I have a very sweet bff that is smaller than I am so I wrapped it and made it one of her favorite birthday gifts ever. This blouse looks awesome on her.
Good shop and customer service. I have bought an very beautiful top, it's thin and delicate. Put on and off with care to make sure it won't tear. Definitely runs small, order two sizes up. All in all, I love it so much and will recommend to my friends.
Amazingly beautiful site and good quality products. I ordered two sizes up because it runs super small. Loving it! The XL almost did not fix however i managed to wiggle myself in and i LOVE it should have order another colour.It's perfect, very delicate I recomend hand wash.

I have been dealing with this company for quite some time through email. Long story short: Ordered 2 swim suits. Received the suits in child sizes instead of adult sizes. They made it so difficult to just try and exchange or return. Measurements and pictures and all kinds of crazy details were asked for throughout several emails. Instead of fixing their mistake they offered me 20 percent of what I paid. Then it was 35 percent. Then it was still a partial refund and I have to pay shipping to China. Do you know how expensive that is?! They still have not refunded anything and this all started about 2 months ago. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else!

Horrible quality. Didn't fit. Tried to submit a ticket to return but no one has gotten back to me and it's been one week. Their website states that you will receive a response within 24 hours. I will NEVER order from here again.
I ordered two swim suits from this company with the idea to send a size back that didn't fit. They are in China and basically told me it would cost me too much to return it. The quality is bad too and it takes almost a month to get your merchandise. Not good!
Never ever again will I order from a company that is not well known. My mistake not reading the reviews. The swimsuit was cute, but the XL was more like a medium and my 25.00 swimsuit would cost 30.00 to return. So screwed again! I had no idea the suit was coming from China until I got the tracking. Boo!
I was skeptical due to negative reviews, but I loved a certain bathing suit and couldnt find it anywhere else. I took the chance and ordered it and was very happy to receive shipping updates. I was even more excited when I received it in the mail yesterday. It took a few weeks, which I do not mind and expected. The size I ordered was large and it was true to size, it was exactly like pictured, material and etc. I have only great things to say about the site. Gwen

I ordered 5 tops, all XL. Three were fine, two, while they had tags that said they were XL, were not. One of these items might not fit a size 4 petite. I attempted to work with Modlily directly but they asked me to ship these items back with tracking to an address in Shanghai which costs more than $70 (I am in the US). If I chose that route, they offered a refund of 60%. Unacceptable! Then they offered me a refund of just 20% if I choose not to send these items back. This has been frustrating. Order from a company who doesn't ship items of the wrong size and make it your problem.
I have ordered a ( 1) swim suit from this website and it took about 3-4 weeks considering it came from CHINA i do like the swimsuit so when it came to ordering clothes I figured I was happy with the swim suit and would try tops I ordered 3 and was willing to wait NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY! The tops were good quality & fabric but the size of each was different and NONE of them fit and I ordered one size larger i tried to start the return process and you can only do it through email I did get answers and they said it would be cheaper to give me 20% credit because it would cost too much to mail back to China not full credit and told me to keep the tops and try to sell them. DONT BUY FROM HERE!
