It took me 2 months & a ton of hassle to finally receive my product. It didn't come close to fitting! I ordered by their sizing & one item is 1 size too small, the other about 4 sizes too small. The quality was really bad. They offered me 40% credit to keep the items or pay for the return to Asia myself. So I paid $30 for the 'pleasure' of trying their product! Wonder how long, or even if I'll ever get my partial refund.

Seems like I had the same problem as everyone else. I would give it a zero but one is the lowest. I ordered 2 swimming suits. Takes over a month to arrive. The color bleeds onto my other clothes and on the swimming suits too. I wanted to return and they offer 25% refund since it cost too much to send back to China. Are you kidding? I can't even wear those items and they offer 25%. I just cut my loss and donate them (never been worn). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered what was supposed to be a plus-size swimsuit; it was nice, but way too small (more like a size Medium by American sizing), so I followed their instructions to return: wait 1-2 days for a ticket number via email from Customer Service; submit ticket back stating your order number, sku number/product name, reason for return ALONG with a digital picture of you wearing item (ridiculous since I couldn't even fit it over my head; I sent a pic of item alone) then I got an email suggesting 40% compensation for me to avoid paying return postage (no need to return) or if I prefer to return, they'll send further return instructions in next reply.

I bought 2 dress using the sizing charts that were available on the item's page. One fit okay but it was tight for an XL I thought would be big. The other one had puckered seams and the dimensions were nowhere near what the sizing chart said. I emailed and asked to return it. I was told that since they are in China it would take too long and cost too much to return it but they could discount my purchase of a second dress (original dress 27$ second dress 8$). So I bought it and got the same results. When I complained they would do nothing further to help.

I ordered a swimsuit from them. Received it and it was way off on the sizing. I want to send it back, but their process says to submit a ticket. I submitted a ticket and they do not respond. I guess I am stuck since this is a Chinese company, they don't give a____. I have tried to contact them but to no avail. There is no way to contact them other than by submitting a ticket. This site sucks, I have been trying to do a return for a bathing suit for a month. There is no easy way to do returns. You have to open a ticket. I opened one I got a response that said "send us pics". I don't want to send it pic of me in a bathing suit, it just doesn't fit right. Period! Aaaargh!

Item purchase on April 18 though it would arrive now, item still not receive and tracking number show item went from China to Shanghai and stay there from April 24 until now. Ordered an adorable bathing suit and cover up and received it quickly and the right size according to the size chart. The quality is so good too! Overall I'm very pleased.
I have ordered 3 bathing suits. 2 in the beginning of April and 1 the end of April. I received PayPal receipts BUT I have yet to receive the bathing suits of confirmation of when they will ship. It leaves me with a fuzzy feeling to order again. I like so much more, but until I receive what I paid for, I delete all emails that come.

I am having the same problem as others with my swimsuit just SITTING around in China somewhere. First of all, I had no idea that it was coming from China. I ordered my swimsuit on April 20th. I sent an email a week later and got a prompt reply with a tracking number and they told me it had shipped. Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
