This company seems to not care about helping customers if the order is messed up or the clothing item doesn't fit. I would never buy a product from modlily again. Phone numbers do not work and the return information is virtually impossible to follow. Save yourself the headache!
And yet another awful online clothing company ending in "lily". You will wait forever for your item to arrive from China. The sizes are at least 2 sizes smaller than listed. I'm a medium and ordered a large, it wouldn't fit a child across the chest. I tried to return, but after trying to deal with these scam operators, I gave up and gave the top to Goodwill, although they probably won't be able to sell it to anyone of normal suze. The FTC needs to investigate these companies. In the meantime... Delete their emails and pop ups showing cute clothes, they are a fraud.

The bathing suit arrived with the strings not in their proper area, no way to get them back in. Have asked for return address FOUR times, they won't give it to me, they say we will give you 40% to keep the item, it's DAMAGED! Thank goodness I paid with PayPal. I WOULD NOT buy from them again. I took a chance and placed an order with this company. They billed my account, sent me a tracking number and the order was shipped to a different state. I submitted a ticket letting them know, and i have yet to receive any feedback from them. Either this is a bogus website who scams people or there customer service is horrible. I am very pleased with the quality and price of the items I purchased from Modlily. I have received many compliments about the items I purchased.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered something in early April that never arrived. Submitted a ticket to get the ordered cancelled and was told over and over again over a period of 2 weeks to wait a few more days please. I demanded a refund since the shipping never changed ( I didn't realize this was shipping from China), then they tell me that they can't return it until they receive a product. I will be pursuing legal action against them.

Just finished with their customer service and their "satisfaction guarantee" means that if you don't like the product because it is of very poor quality and the sizing is wrong (as was the case for me), all they will do is give you a credit of 40% toward a future purchase. No refunds ever. If you want to return the items, they tell you that it will wipe out the small credit. Since I will never purchase from them again, they have found a way to make money for nothing.

I ordered 4 swimsuits and paid with PayPal. I'm just out a hundred bucks, I see that now. I did not realize the goods were being sent from China and that took two weeks alone. Can not get ahold of ANYONE and their email "response" is just and auto response that doesn't solve a thing. I keep requesting an RMA # for return of new unused items still in the packaging. The suits do not fit, they are such poor quiality its ridiculous. They got me this one time but never again. I hope this helps you NOT order from this awful company.

Wish I read some of these reviews before. I placed an order on May 6, paid using my credit card. Got a message saying my card couldn't be processed, but I got a text from my card company showing my account was charged for the amount. I sent messages and a copy of the text proving my card was debited, and they tell me they didn't receive it, the bank will refund me in 4 weeks. This was the first and last time I'll order from them.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
