Ordered a sweater, to wear on Christmas, on December 2nd. Didn't arrive until February! This thing fits like a tent, except the sleeves on the upper arm are tight. Worst piece of garbage I have ever received! Will never buy from them, or any of their sister companies, again. I warn everybody I can to read the reviews before throwing their money away!

They state delivery in a timely manner. It took over 6 weeks. They state a very generous return policy. Just try to get a return authorization number they require before they will accept a return! There is no phone number, no address, no email. They tell you to submit a ticket for everything and their response is ALWAYS the same; click below to see our reply. Their reply is a blank ticket page! RUN FROM THIS PLACE! I've filed a complaint with our state attorney general, Master Card, Pay Pal, and our better business bureau wouldn't take the complaint since I'd already filed with the attorney general. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT spend any money with these crooks. The stuff came from Shanghai, China!

My transaction of returning item has not been completed. I will give a more accurate review when this is accomplished. The return process is very difficult.
Although I haven't received my order yet I will say this company has great cunstomer service and fast order fulfillment. It takes a little while for the product to reach you but as long as you plan ahead this shouldn't be a problem. I had a second order that, unfortunately, was cancelled because they were out of stock. They refunded me almost immediately. You can't complain about that.
Overall I am sure I will purchase from them again and would recommend them to others.

It took forever for delivery, no way to track or contact company! Sizes are greatly undersized, return will cost too much, so will just keep! So disappointing! I encourage you not to buy from them!

I purchased something about 6 months ago, they didn't send it but supposedly gave me a credit... I ordered a couple of items to use my credit and they charged me again... the 2 items look nothing like the pictures, the quality is poor and they don't fit!

Undersized clothing, far from their size charts, made extremely cheaply, think $1. They then demand returns to China at huge cost so you end up keeping. They in FACT tell you this when you ask to send clothes that do NOT meet size chart then offer you a discount to keep. They are selling GARBAGE.
USE PAYPAL if you even think of buying or a credit card and use Warranty of Merchantability if they send size S instead of L and just label it wrong. Sewing is awful,. Warranty of Merchantability FAILURE! I got a full refund from paypal not them. They were awful for weeks offering nothing but for me to mail back to China or accept a discount. A size 3 girl could not fit in their size 12 dress...
They 100% know how to make money selling garbage and try to convince you to keep. Items don't fit and look NOTHING like ads.
PS they PAY FOR POSITIVE REVIEWS, be very careful

I placed an order for a swim suit back on 5/23/17. It was billed and paid for but I have not received any tracking info. The only info I see is that the shipment is pending almost 2 weeks later.
