I ordered on December 2,2017 and paid an extra 10.44 to make sure my order was here by Christmas. They charged my card December 4,2017 and I never received my order. Thank goodness I went through Paypal to purchase, they tried to contact them, and I also tried to contact them to no avail. Today my order arrived with no return address and everything in Chinese. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM this company they are a Fraud!

I forgot the negative shipping reviews I had read earlier and mistakenly placed an order on December 24. Got an email that it was in the shipping dept on December 25 and expected to be delivered on the 28th. Small print says something much different;<<; read the small print people. Fake shipping! Terrible customer service in this day of free 2 day shipping. And fake tracking information. Or maybe not... my updated tracking info is the same as it was on December 25... still in shanghai China. Buy American!

I received a Quick response from the return department in reply to my comments. I Love the products, However I am having to return some items in exchange for larger sizes. I plan on ordering more products in the future. It seemed a little more difficult to return my
Items because your company does not offer a customer service phone number. I would hVe preferred to talk to a live customer service representative. It would have made the return much more simple.

I ordered two tops 11/26 And I have not received them or had any communication from Modlily since I ordered them. My bank account shows the money for the tops has been taken out of my checking account. If I don't hear something soon, I will report this to both my bank and Facebook which is where I saw the add. I ordered a top from this company, which took about five weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived, the quality was astoundingly poor and it ran about three or four sizes too small. The material was so thin and cheap it was like tissue paper. The company is uncommunicative. I have filed a claim with PayPal asking for a full refund, and they company replied with an offer to return 50% of my order (?). I refused and said I want 100% refund plus return postage and they have not replied through PayPal yet, and this is about five days later. I will never do business with this company again.

Love the style choices.

Although the styles and colors are different from the usual choices, the delivery time is ridiculous! Almost a month from order date.
Sizing fits the lower end of the sizing chart (i. E., size M fits 8-10). Im more a straight 10 so 2 of my 4 items were too small.
Overall, for price & selection I was pleased. Hopefully the 2 items I kept will launder well so they arent a once & done, but I am a little worried.
