I checked reviews after I placed my order. If I read the reviews before I would have never ordered anything from Modilly.
That being said however, to my pleasant surprise, I received my order in less than a month during which I was worried and did not have any expectations. I was impressed and loved the fun, trendy styles and the good quality considering what I paid for them. Thank you Modlily and needless to say I am already planning to order more stuff from you.

I ordered a jumpsuit mid November the shipping details they provided after making me believe it was an American company charging me in dollars when I'm in uk was in fact a Chinese shipping company with delivery date being 22 December I spent days chasing as they took my money immediately when taking the order. There customer service is non exsistant I finally received it to late for the event I ordered it for I received it on the 12 th jan from placing my order on the 23rd November. What can I say a pile of crap fabric rubbish poorly made resembled the picture very slightly they refused to refund my money even when I produced a postage receipt of return. They asked me to return to shanghai address which cost me £8.05 they point blank refused to give me a refund for the item and for my postage. They said they would not refund until I closed the dispute with PayPal. Paypal advice was not to close dispute because then I had no chance of getting a refund of this scam of a company. Paypal refunded and raised a claim but I'm £8.05 out of pocket for nothing a lot of stress and hassel later. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Love my two shirts I bought from Modlily. They cam quickly and are of great quality. Many many compliments already.
I purchased a top from Modlily, and just love it. Perfect fit, soft, comfortable and looks great over a pair of leggings.
The products are wonderful. They fit perfectly. And are totally cute. The service has been excellent. The products arrive on time or sometimes before. I haven't had trouble with returns as I haven't had any.
I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN.! COMPLETE SCAM. I ORDERED 1 THING TO SEE IF THEY WERE HONEST OR NOT. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. DON'T DO IT!

I ordered 2 tunic tops from them. It took a month to receive them. One was way too tight and I hoped to return it. I have tried to go through the steps to return the item and it doesn't work. My password is continually being refused saying they don't match (when they do). Their "live chat" is never "live" and there is no other way to get in touch with them. This is a scam company and I'm sorry I trusted them. Buyer beware.

It has been way over a month & no delivery of my purchase yet! Their reply to me is to be patient its coming from China. I guess a slow boat from China! I just received a message (1/8/18) that the package has experienced a delay & expect a 24-48 hr delay beyond expected delivery date! Really! Please dont put your money in the hands of these scam of owners of a company called Modlily. Now I have read they dont want to do returns in full. I think I need to contact PayPal!
On December 10th I ordered a red cowel neck blouse. I paid for it and I still have not received it and I haven't heard from you telling me what's going on with my order. If it doesn't get her soon I'll have to contact Paypal to see how to get my money returned. You don't do a very good job of updating your customers. How can a company only offer a partial refund when you have a receipt? That seems so unfair... Worried customer...

I ordered 3 tops... One fit but was ripped, the other 2 were too small. I contacted them and they offered me a 50% refund to keep what didn't fit! After many messages back and forth (they dont have a phone number) RED FLAG!, they offered me 80% refund! They CLEARLY dont want to exchange! I finally gave up and am TRYING to get back some of my money! Filed a complaint against them thru PayPal I hope noone has to go thru what I did!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
