Great experience from start to finish! I ordered some things, I was told when they would be delivered and how. The order arrived earlier than expected and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic!

Needed to modify my order. Fast reply and change made no problem.

An item of clothing I'd ordered was out of stock. I was sent a ticket to explain, and inform me that my shopping account had been credited.
I requested a refund to my PayPal account rather than a credit note. This was dealt with promptly by customer service member, named sunshine. I can not fault the service I received. Thankyou.

Modlilly has been great in delivery, but the elegant jumpsuit was quite large from waist band to underarm. But I'm getting it altered.

One item was a little smaller that I expected for being "plus size", but definitely would purchase again!
