I was very skeptical about placing an order for the 1st time. Matter of fact it took me a few months to decide whether or not I wanted to order online from a company I had never heard of. I did finally place an order and to my pleasant surprise, when the order came in I was very pleased with the quality of the clothing. So I placed another order thinking well hopefully it wasn't a one time deal of getting decent clothes online. And again I was so pleased with the dresses I ordered. So needless to say I'm a fan. Just placed another order with them and I'm sure it won't be my last. Thank you Modlily for all you do.

During the first part of December, I ordered 5 blouses from this company. I didn't get my blouses until sometime in January, thus I missed the holidays to wear them. They sat in LA for a long, long time. The tops I ordered are very heavy because of the layers and what they are made out of. It depends on what you order because one of my blouses is light. I mistakenly order 2 of the same blouse and had to return it. The cost to return was $14.00. That is how heavy it was. The total cost for this blouse was $32.00. Because the delivery was so slow I figured that the return of the one blouse would be the same, but that went fairly quickly. ModLily was on top of the return. They did let me know when they received it and they did refund my money. Next time, I will look closer at the blouses that I am ordering to make sure that I don't buy the very heavy ones. In Phoenix, Arizona, you don't need thick blouses.

Bought some items off this company, and had some trouble receiving them because of the postage and delivery.
The communication back and forth was excellent and on a daily basis. They helped me out until i received my parcel.
My items were all perfect which made my day. The quality of the clothes is very good. Very happy with the service. Thankyou

A repackaged/returned item was sent with my order, it was a mismarked/incorrect size. After my return was received they requested I pay an additional $10 for the return shipping. I opted for a refund and Modlily has deducted the $10 additional return shipping fee from my refund. I am DISsatisfied with the quality of the entire order and would prefer to return the entire order, but I am not confident that I would receive a full refund for my ill fated purchase. The suit bottoms are very cheaply constructed and the fabric has a disagreeable smell that persists after washing as directed. I am not happy with my purchase, and I am NOT satisfied with my refund despite carefully following all instructions according to their refund/return policy. The problem has not been resolved to my satisfaction.
The 2 suits pictured are both size medium. The first photo is the repackaged item I received that is a full 1.5" narrower than the other 2 size medium suits I ordered. They refuse to acknowledge that the suit is incorrectly sized and wanted to charge additional money to send me a replacement.
