My first purchase with modlily was as buying online should be. The service was efficient and fast and my purchases were as described on modlily's webpage. Altogether satisfactory.

I bought a bathing suit and was not satisfied. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond. I haven't received a credit yet, but it's early!

Had to update shipping address. Entered a ticket requesting change and was notified less than 12 hours later that request had been completed.

Whenever I order at ModLily it never seems to disappoint. The clothes fit like advertised. They are often unique to what you find in the stores and bring out many compliments when I wear them.

I am praying for my top to come before February 20 for my daughters wedding! She even beat cancer last year! I know Modilly is doing everything they can?!

I bought 2 beautiful swimsuits that to my dismay were too small. I was so mad because they were awesome swim dresses. Needless to say, I had to return them. My return process went very well thanks to the caring customer service team. My money was refunded back to my credit card & everyone was so good about it. I would not hesitate to purchase again AFTER I lose some of this extra poundage!
