My experience with your company for purchasing is great. Your refund is not good at all. Not if you pay with After pay, I've not received my full refund yet. I will pay with a credit card from this point on.
This poses a problem for me. I am a 34D cup but have a small bottom. I need medium or small bottoms but a large or extra large top. I will have to return my suit for a full refund. If I order in a size large the bottoms will be too big. Its a shame, cause the material appears to be good Quality.
Shopping online with ModLily was very easy, the size was accurate and returning was simple and quick. I will certainly shop at ModLily again and highly recommend it.
Love my product, received it very quickly however the $39 coupon, no limit is a joke! No one in CHAT can help me, there is no phone number to call anyone and after several attempts still no one can help me use my first coupon which is worth $39 dollars that is expiring TODAY becuase it wont work for me and no one can help me. I dont feel that is good customer service. You should be able to help me on my order/cart immediately and instead all i get is emails telling me what i already know. I believe that Modlily should send me a voucher for $39 due to all this wasted time and hassle.

Love the dress. I selected a Medium because I am 5 ft. 8. Inches tall and weigh appx. 145 lbs. The material is somewhat stretchy and falls perfectly. I tried to cancel the order, but they process orders very quickly. It arrived before the due date and I'm happy they didn't cancel it. Love it and the price was more than reasonable. I tried finding a dress locally but found nothing that appealed to me. This is for a wedding but you can wear it for any special occasion. It is also wrinkle free.
Ite was not what i oedered, contacted customer service. They responded in less than 24 hours and completely resolved my issue. They were great!
I thought the quality of the swimsuits I ordered was substandard. I think Target gives you a better value for the price. I did have an issue with a return but it was resolved to my satisfaction.

I had ordered a bathing suit and it was accidentally sent to my old address. I contacted Modlily and within a day they contacted me back and within two days they re shipped my items to me. Their customer service is spot on! I will definitely continue ordering my suits through them.
I placed a order that took a long time to get, once I received it I was back from my vacation, wanted to exchange for a different size! They said it had been past 30 days! Which is bull$#*!! They go by the order date, not when you receive it! Clothing is definitely Chinese made! Quality sucks! If you want cheap clothes at a cheap price without any service order from them! Never any paperwork with your order!
I have to say that this was the best experience and service that I have ever had. I didn't see my anklet because it was so carefully packed and attached to one of the bathing suits bags, so I sent one message that I did not get it and you immediately sent me a picture of how my package looked and where to find the small anklet.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
