I am giving Maya a 5 star review for now. However, this is the 3rd time I have had to contact Modlily for this issue. The previous agent(s) did not tell me that I needed to make the 9.99 payment for the exchange to be processed so the item that I exchanged was not received in time for a trip that is was needed for. In addition, the e-mail on my account is incorrect, and there is no way for me, or apparently you, to correct it. Consequently, any communication that may have been sent regarding this exchange was not not received. You need to allow edits/changes to your customer accounts! I can set up aq new account, but that does not allow me to track anything relative this order, return, and exchange.
I could not get do anything on the site myself. It would not take my email and said I did not have an order which i had already received. I ended up going through live chat and so all ended up great. Oviya got me through it. My only issue was trying to do it myself because it did not have my info.

I forgot to type in my Discount Code when I submitted my order. I emailed Modlily yesterday and they responded this morning. I now have a Store Credit for my next order.
Received swimsuit with a defect. Customer service responded quickly, giving me account balance, per my request for a future purchase. Since I provided Modlily with a photo to prove defect, I didn't even have to return the suit before they credited my account.
Very quick to answer my questions. Hoping my refund will come as quickly!

A pair of swim shorts ordered separately from the 3x swim dresses I bought did not show up in the original order. When I brought this to Modlily's attention on the chat-line... Anusha (Customer Service Rep) was super quick to respond & has said it would be shipped out... no questions asked.

We could not find our package after it was said to be delivered. Modlily asked us to look again, which we did. No package.
The mystery was solved when one of my adult children had come by and moved the package without telling us.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
