The dress and pantsuit did not fit my body shape but the shirt did fit. The shirt was damaged with dark ink spots on back when it was received. I returned all 3 items but would like a replacement for the shirt.

I love Modlily swimsuits. They are unique in that they are both modest and flattering. They hold up pretty well for the price— not quite as well as suits I have purchased in retail outlets for seventy dollars or more— but I got over five years out of the one piece I bought and it is still wearable, just starting to stretch out a bit. I love the bikini I bought this season. It also fit perfectly and it is modest so that I feel comfortable in a two piece even though I am middle aged and overweight. Not everybody who wants to go swimming is twenty and skinny. When I was twenty and skinny I wore different types of suits than I would choose now. Modlily has something for everybody— suits that would have looked good on twenty year old me and suits that are definitely well suited (pun intended) for fifty year old me.
I have purchased several suits. The first couple were returned for a smaller size. I saw on-site that we listened to customers and you could order different sizes for top and bottom. When I ordered my last suit I didn't see that option. When I received the suit which I love. The top was too small and the bottom was a little big but wearable. I was going to exchange but the order online said not returnable. I paid full price. So now I am searching at stores to find a top that will match the bottoms. This company has beautiful clothing and swim suits. The shopping is easy. Prices are great. That is my only issue. I would have ordered a large top and small bottom if I could. Thank you!

After receiving my package, all products beautiful and of high quality, I realised two shirts didn't fit, I contacted customer service who were very quick to reply and address my problem. A refund was issued after the shirts were returned. Customer service kept in touch at all times! Definitely recommend!

I purchased a XXL Bathing suit top in June 2022. It was way too big. So I returned it in June. The CS rep helped with the label, and said there would be no charge. I mistook it for meaning no charge for an exchange for a size Large as well.
I finally contacted Modlily in August by e mail, regarding my exchange. "May" answered each correspondence within 24hours. I greatly appreciated her diligence to get this issue resolved. I received my bathing suit top yesterday. I really like it.

I appreciated getting an anwer right away to my question and am hopeing to get my return and exchange back quickly by using one of the two labels provided, since they are both going to the same place I did not want to pay $9 twice for the same merchandise exchange/refund.
