All women's clothes I ordered run small do I had to return them. Returns cost $9.99 for the label.
I have recently ordered a bathing suit and three blouses. The fit is perfect! Items arrived when promised.
Ordered a bathingsuit, too small, so I ordered a larger size. Like it, nice suit. Sent the other one back. It was 44.31 my account was credited with 14.99. Won't order anymore!
Modlily, like Covid-19, comes from China - and nothing good ever comes from there. Their subpar customer service is nothing but an AI chat bot with broken English, and you will get nowhere asking for a refund when something goes wrong with the order.
Ordered a swimsuit and never received it due to a computer glitch on their end. First they claim they never received my payment even though the charge clearly shows on my credit card statement. Then they claim they didn't have my address, which had to be entered twice while ordering. They canceled my order without telling me and kept my money. When I asked for a refund I got nothing but a runaround.
I ordered my items almost a month ago. They keep saying they will expedite my order but still haven't shipped it. Feeling like this is a scam
We are no longer waiting for packages to arrive by horse and buggy. Today a good deal of products are shipped via truck or plane, and even going from Southern California to the top city in Maine takes 4 days at the worst. I ordered a package for my wife a week before Mothers Day, and today we are a week after Mothers Days and the package has yet to arrive. I would refrain from ever using this sites services, unless you have nothing but time and don't care if the package makes it you in a reasonable time, I think 2 weeks is not a reasonable time frame.
I leave with this stay away from ordering from modlily my experience with them is terrible, and when I reached out to them to get them to locate the package and have go back to them and get me my money returned to my account, all they could say is yes but no movement, heck they can't even tell me where the package is located as they are using USPS. Stay away there are many more reputable sites that are willing to provided far better service.

I love this site and my product! Wish I had found it sooner
I was not happy with the front zipper. Was uncomfortable. The suit fit when I tried it on but when I wore in the hot tub it seemed to get bigger on me.Of course because I wore it,it can not be returned
I double ordered four items and returned them and received my money back with no problem!
The swimsuit has a cross shaped pattern allowing the bottom of the breast to be exposed or fall out if not situated just perfectly. I bought 2 sizes to find the right fit. But, the deign prohibits a correct fit. The color and material is nice. May work better if the cross fabrics were stitched together in the breast area to ensure there are no mishaps.
Took a long time to receive but worth the wait. Quality is great as well as the fit. You take a chance ordering a bathing suit online but I ordered last year and knew it would fit. Very happy w this company!
I ordered a couple of swim suits. When they arrived, they fit, sort of, but didn't fit properly and were of poor quality. I will not order from this company again.
Love the tops I ordered. And received very quickly. Will purchase from Modlily again!
Service was quick. But now I need to return the top of one outfit; it is not the quality of other tops I have ordered from ModLily.
