I have been extremely pleased with the quality and variety of clothing I have bought. The sizes are nearly all true to form.
The top and dress very nicely made and fit great, the jewelry however not well made and broken…the offer to put the value on a credit not a way to deal with customer who only purchases occasionally..
I contacted customer service as I had not received a shipping notification email for my latest order. I was told it would be prioritized which was great but I still have not received any update and my app still shows it as processing. It is now the 20th and I placed my order on the 12th. My first order went without a hitch and I received a shipping notification within 24 hours. My payment has been processed.

Not to happy as things are taking to long to get here. Also no one answered my email about exchanging an item I received to a smaller size.
The blouse was beautiful, but didn't fit as advertised. I wear a 2x but I ordered a 3x even though it was advertised as a loose cut. It was still tight on me. That was disappointing. I have ordered a swing jacket to match and it hasn't arrived yet. I hope it covers up how tight it looks.

I love the colors and so far all clothes are to size. I even like the added bonus of a free gift. I got a pair of earrings and they are comfortable and very nice.
Was not sure about ordering from this site, but I did (ordered 3 tops) and was very satisfied with them. Were just like the pictures. Fit was perfect and fabric is very good quality. Takes a little longer to get them, but overall I was very satisfied. Will probably order from them again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
