The delivery was somewhat slow. The packaging was good. The top and pants are still a little wrinkly after washing. The pants and top are comfortable, maybe a tad too big.

I have never purchased a bathing suit through the mail, but took a chance and purchased my first and was so happy I ordered two more.

I ordered 4 dresses for my son's wedding. They were all too big, so I returned them, with an exchange request for one of them in a smaller size. Right after they confirmed this, my son changed the color of his tux, so I had to cancel the exchange and request one of the original 4 dresses in a smaller size. The CS rep, stopped the exchange process and was able to locate the dress I needed in a smaller size, although it was not showing online. Great effort to make my son's wedding pictures a success!

I have ordered several swimsuits from you and they were either too big or too small. The last one I ordered I sent it back for an exchange, there was an additional charge an I paid it but you have still not sent me the replacement suit.

Ordered 6 shirts. All XLarge in size. Several ran smaller in fit size. Also, a white shirt is a little sheer and will require a camisole underneath. That info would have been useful ahead of time. For the most part I like Modlily's clothes. It's just disappointing when it doesn't fit.

I ordered 2 bathing suits on July 30. I received one in a week and a half the other one took almost 4 weeks before it arrived. I love the suits, material and the wst they fit but will probably not order from you again due to the slow delivery time.

I've heard about Modlily for a long time. A friends has been shopping there for years. I wanted something different in my wardrobe so I thought I would try it. I purchased a few tops. Absolutely loved one of them. One was just ok. One didn't work and I sent it back. I will definitely try again. Don't like the cost of returning an item. Higher than any other place I've had to send something back.
