To unlock your device, please insert a non-EE SIM card and enter the code 3035902581707316 when prompted. If your phone doesn't ask for an unlocking code, this indicates that your phone will require a Remote USB Unlock, which is an additional service we provide.

As noted in our terms and conditions, "An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device."
