I have used other unlocking services in the past, but they have often been unreliable or poor after service. It is important to note there are 2 payments, one is to verify if the phone can be unlocked and the higher amount is for the unlocking code processing. This is way more reliable than paying one fee to find out the phone can't be unlocked. Also consider the processing of the code does take time as phone providers change their security protocols regularly and takes time to ensure you get a working code 1st time. Also their instructions are very detailed and count for nearly every problem you could come across. I highly recommend this provider for value and service. Don't trust the cheapest, trust the most reliable and this provider is.

Someone gave me a locked phone. I needed it unlocked so I could use it with my international sim card when I am travelling. I came upon the MobileUnlocks website. I first did the Eligibility Check which was done very quickly. The phone came up to be eligible so I continued the unlocking process. I really appreciated the the tracking capability of my order. The predicted processing times were accurate. When the processing was complete, the unlocking instructions were very clear and comprehensive. Fortunately my phone was unlocked instantly when I entered the unlocking code. Now I have a very useful phone for when I am overseas.

Charged me $28.99 to tell me they could unlock my phone and then another $50. To actually unlock it. Asked for 7 days to complete to process. They could not unlock my phone and refuse to refund my money. $78.99 and it's still locked to the previous carrier. Outrageous. They want me to accept a credit as if I would ever want to use their service (or lack there of) ever again.

I had a terrible experience with Mobile Unlocks. After paying an initial $15 and an additional $50 to unlock my mom's phone, they demanded another $100 for a technician to complete the process. This feels like a scam and bait-and-switch tactic. Despite assurances that the initial payments would cover everything, they keep asking for more. I feel cheated and demand a full refund of the $65 already paid. Avoid this service at all costs!

When you initially made the payment, you covered the Eligibility Check ($14.99) and the Standard Unlock ($50). However, as your Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G from Cricket USA does not prompt for an unlocking code with a new SIM card, our system determined that a Remote USB Unlock is necessary to complete the unlock process. This requirement was outlined in the service description:
> “An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device. As stated on the order summary page prior to purchase, if your handset doesn't ask for an unlock code prior to payment, then we will not be able to unlock the device but still incur submission costs and you will instead have to use a Remote USB unlock at additional cost.”
The additional $100 fee for the Remote USB Unlock is needed to finalize the unlocking process since the codes are not applicable in your case.
