My phone got smashed on holiday and a friend leant me a spare phone to use, but it was locked to a provider that wasn't mine. Doing some digging, I found out I needed an NCK code, and this is something an airtime provider can not provide.
Searching the Web, mobile unlocks was the top search, so I sent for it. Personally I thought it looked a bit dodgy, but I went for it as I really needed a phone to use. They charge you £11 at first to do checks on the phone, a bit like when you're buying a car, is it stolen etc. Then, when they tell you they can unlock your phone, which I thought they would have done, they asked for another £26 to actually give you the code, I really thought I'd been scammed! I went with it though, paid the money, and a couple hours later I had a code and my friends phone was unlocked with the code. I was really shocked how good and easy the whole service was, even though it was quite expensive.
I then received an email to leave a review to get £10 back, even more surprised! Overall extremely impressed and it works like a charm.

Even though I did not like the fact that Mobile Unlocks did not notify me of the full price of the update in the beginning itself- I am extremely happy that they unlocked my mobile faster than anticipated.

The phone was unlocked. It took much more money (£44.99) and time (14 days!) than I expected after reading the large capital letters on the home webpage, so read small letters as well. For me, it is a clear scam!
Communication wasn't better, in most time, it was copied and past similar messages with out-of-topic information that I needed. Poor communication about progress and time scale, every time it was "in the next 24 hours all will be completed".
Use that if this is your last option and your cell phone is worth.

Outstanding service. I was a bit sceptical in the beginning, as it was my first time unlocking a mobile using an online service. The pre order eligibility costing £11.99, which I at first thought was the charge for unlocking the phone ensured the unlocking process would work for my phone After that I paid a further £26 to get the phone unlocked. All those steps took very little time and were simple to follow and my phone was unlocked in literally a few minutes.
Despite some confusion over the overall cost when I started (which was about the same as most phone shops) I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service which was very fast and easy to use. I will use your services again as it was a quick simple and reliable way to unlock my phone.

That my experience (Given the current status of your order as "Hard-Locked," you are entitled to a refund for the $50 Standard Unlock payment, as it aligns with our policy under the circumstances where the phone cannot be unlocked)., this is first time she can not complete process unlock my phone, after 3 months, every week I ask to return my money to mastercard because my phone already prove do not need unlock, it belong global version. She gave me different answer (your device is marked as "Hard-Locked." According to our refund policy, refunds cannot be processed for devices in this status, as it means we cannot proceed with unlocking the phone). That dishonst behavor I can not accept her answer. But why the first 3 months you write I can get unlock process refund 50US dallars, and I push you told me your rule can not refund just for credit next service. Oppo told me your service is illegial in business, would you show the agreement that oppo agree you to unlock my phone, my phone is glable version, you do nothing for me. Paid $28.99 to find out if my phone could be unlocked. Received email "Unlock codes are ready". Paid $55. For the codes to unlock the phone, but was told it would take 10 days. Tried to cancel, but would not cancel order for a refund. After 11 days received email saying they could unlock my phone and would only issue a credit. A credit for what? I wanted an unlocked phone!

I needed to unlock my old phone which I had given to my mum. So upon googled to see how to do it and MobileUnlocks popped up. So I followed the instructions paid the fee, passed the verification process in a few minutes. Then paid the follow up fee. Took a little longer than usual as they had to get code from the manufacturer but was kept updated by email with the process. Code received after 5 days, so now to gift phone to my mum to replace her old one.
