My phone had broken so I had to quickly dig out an old phone of mine.

Went to unlock my phone. Got charged 30 dollars just to have them tell me it needed unlocked, but I already knew that so then they wanted another 100 to unlock it which I did then I didn't even get codes that worked for my phone complete rip off

It took some time but I was finally able to get my phone unlocked. Messaged customer service about the delay, but they were able to explain the process and what is happening

I paid $14.99 to see if the device could be unlocked. At the end of the process, they told me everything was correct and that I had to pay $50.00 to finish the unlocking. After several hours, they told me that they couldn't do it, would keep my money, and that I could use it on other unlocks. I tried to use it and from the $64.99 I had as credit, they kept that money and asked me to pay $14.00 more. And guess what happened, they couldn't unlock it either. In the end, they kept $80.00.
