I used this website to unlock an old handset belonging to a family member. The handset was locked to Vodafone
The website instructions for unlocking the phone were easy to follow and the 2 stage process worked first time and was all completed within an hour.
Much quicker than taking the phone to a shop to be unlocked.

As first was skeptical, wasn't sure if this was a scam site but it turned out to be legit. Please read as the £11.99 which I thought to be final price wasn't, also addition of £38.00 but I blame myself for not reading. All in all I woke up to an unlocked mobile. Thank you

In Australia I bought on EBay an IPhone XS Max stated to have unlock capability. The phone carrier was XInfinity which had a reputation for not providing unlocks to anyone but the owner who bought the phone with them. DoctorSim had tried 6 months previously, charging me in two separate payment- verifying the phone was paid off and not blacklisted. An unlock request by DoctorSim to XInfinity was refused.
I tried recently with Mobile Unlocks to attempt a second attempt to unlock from XInfinity mobile. I was charged for two separate payments- with a result of an unlock notice within 90 minutes. Remember this is an overseas unlock request with a difficult mobile phone carrier. I am happy to write a review for Mobile Unlock who did exactly what they said they would do.

I was a little hesitant to use the service because of my limited knowledge of "unlocking". However, it turned out to be a great experience. I had an older locked Iphone that I wanted to have at home for our kids who we don't want to have a personal cell yet. But needed something for them to call us when we leave for a short time. Got a prepaid plan to go with it and all set up easy peasy. It took about 24 hours for the unlock, but once I got the confirmation email form Mobile Unlocks saying the unlock was ready, I simply turned my phone on and it updated.

Terrible service.
Took over a week and didn't complete the process.
I sorted it myself through the network as their online help doesn't resolve anything.
Not transparent in their pricing - the checkout page shows £11 but you then get asked for a further £33 to complete the process.
No chance for a refund.
My negative review didn't get published on their site.

It was such a delight, gave them my imei number and they did the rest, checked if it was available to unlock and the. With in 24 hours my phone was free on all networks.
Would recommend it to any one that needs their phones unlocked.

The service worked with no issues, however, the price that was advertised is cleverly worded as its only the eligibility check, and the actual service costs more.
